Project Background – What the Client required?

It was important that the system could be put in place quickly and safely, to avoid any potential disruptions to their business’s day to day operations and reduce any potential health and safety risks to visitors to their site whilst this project took place.

So, the ideal solution was an offsite prefabricated modular plant room.

This modular plant room was prepared offsite at our factory in Co. Down, with all the M&E plant and equipment installed and tested, before being transported to site ready to be connected to the existing heating system.

The plantroom was designed to include pumps, control panel, gas detection equipment, dirt & air separator, expansion vessel, pressurisation unit, thermal insulation, and a 360kW Cascade gas boiler system.
