Micro only by name, but giants by capacity and flexibility! Micro units for generating electric energy and heat in smaller facilities.

Indop micro CHP units in four different sizes, with a rated power of 6, 9, 15 and 20 kW and a rated heat output of 13, 20, 34 and 42 kW, will provide you with significant savings. With its exceptional energy efficiency, these units are classified in the highest energy class.

Thanks to their flexible design, the units can operate combined with one another, connected into the system according to the customer’s needs and desires.

For example, three Indop 20TO units can meet the demand for electric energy within the range of 15 to 60 kW, while simultaneously meeting the need for thermal energy of 35 to 130 kW.

As silent as bird singing

With 45 dB(A), our micro 6 kWe unit is the quietest one on the market, and it drowns birds singing by only 1 dB(A).

Installation is possible with a normal gas fired boiler, as long as electrical energy can be supplied into the grid.

Operation mode that meets your needs

The Indop micro CHP series has several modes of operation aimed at providing the best efficiency, and improving the customer experience.

The Indop micro CHP units, which operate with the Indop electrical control system (IERS) and Indop thermal control system (ITRS), often provide the highest possible efficiency while protecting the environment.

Primary energy savings

Indop micro CHP units are so efficient that they represent an exception in payment of taxes.

In some cases, it is also possible to obtain subsidies for „green“ electricity generation for them. This may make a significant difference in the project financial viability.

Lower energy costs

Due to simultaneous electricity and heat production and extremely high total efficiency, Indop micro CHP units will help you to generate savings in total energy costs.

This comes from the fact that gas is significantly cheaper (currently 0,029 EUR/kWh in Belgium to 0,047/kWh in Greece and Portugal) than electricity supplied from the grid (0,072 EUR/kWh in Finland to 0,134 EUR/kWh in the United Kingdom).

For their modern and advanced design, these units are classified in the A+++ energy class.

Select and connect

There is no need for complicated calculations to establish a correct size of the Indop micro CHP unit for your system. Our units are distinguished by a flexibility of the system, which can be set up to suit your energy needs. After start, each unit monitors the parameters necessary for its optimal operation and automatically adjusts its operation.

In case of having several CHP units connected, they communicate with each other and jointly regulate their operation. In this way, the system reaches maximum efficiency, while ensuring coordinated service intervals through load-sharing.

Independent operation

After starting the unit, you can simply forget it.

Reduced carbon print

Indop micro CHP units allow for a reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional methods of power generation. Namely, in traditional power plants, it is necessary to take into account very large energy losses during the production process.

If all the electricity produced by a micro CHP unit is consumed on the production site, carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by more than 50 %.

Reducing emissions

Highly precise fuel management, and a three-way catalytic converter installed in all Indop micro CHP units provide for a lower level of emissions.

Throughout their entire life cycle, the units of Indop micro CHP series emit in the environment only a half of the permitted levels of NOx and CO as determined by the TA-Luft standard. The German standard, TA-Luft, is used because the United Kingdom has not yet issued emission standards for micro CHP units.

Long maintenance intervals

All Indop micro CHP units have Toyota CHP engines installed, which have reached a record in testing in industrial plants. Toyota engines, together with other high-quality components, ensure long intervals between scheduled maintenance. Units usually require scheduled maintenance every 8,000 hours of operation.
